RETURN TO SCHOOL QUESTIONNAIRE

RETURN TO SCHOOL QUESTIONNAIRE

Dear Parent,

We hope you are all enjoying this beautiful weather.  We are at school currently planning for next term.  One aspect we must think about is “What happens if we have another sudden lockdown?  What will happen to home learning?”.  We know many parents have told us over the last four months that they have found difficulties in home learning, in helping children of different ages with their work and in going on-line.

We would like your help.  If you have time, we would like you to have a look through these questions and answer them as best you can.  We will then use your answers to help us prepare, just in case.

Thank you

Mr Belbin, Miss Griffiths and Mrs Beaumont

Please select your response - On average, how much home learning have you been able to arrange for your child?

How helpful have you found the resources and support provided by school to assist home learning? (e.g.Maths and English workbooks)

How much extra learning material and support have you found to enhance the work provided by school? (e.g. TV programmes, websites, apps)

Overall, how happy have you been with the 'home learning' that you have been able to arrange for your child?

How easy is it for you to provide a suitable working environment for home learning? (e.g. a place for quiet study, a table to work at?)

To what extent do you (and other family members) feel able to help your child when they are stuck or do not understand their work?

Is it clear how you and/or your child can get help from school if you have a problem with home learning? (e.g. Class Dojo)

Are you worried about your child falling behind with their learning?

How do you feel now about your child returning to school?
