Goodbye Mrs Smith!

As you may already know, our wonderful and lovely Mrs Smith is retiring this Friday after 22 years of dedicated service to our school family.  Due to lockdown and bubble restrictions, we are sadly unable to host a special assembly for her. We want to make her last week memorable so if you or anyone you know has a special memory to share, then please add it to the comments box below and we can forward them on to her.  Thank you!

Monday Morning Worship Assembly – 30th November

Preparation is key!

Today we focused on being prepared for the birth of Jesus and doing what we can throughout Advent that will bring us closer to Jesus.  We had some fantastic responses!  You said the following;

 

  • Prayer
  • Showing kindness
  • Loving others
  • Using the lessons that Jesus taught us
  • Opening our hearts to others

 

We finished with a beautiful song called ‘Draw me close to you’.  The lyrics help us to discover ways of being closer to Jesus and preparing us for his birth.
